A. Hang Power Clean – work up to a heavy single

B. Hang Power Clean 3 x 2 – 80% of A

then 4 rounds of:
DB Hang Squat Clean x 10
Box Jump x 10

Fundamentals Class

Workout:

A. Deadlift – build up to heavy 5 reps (not max)

then 3 rounds of:

(3minute block:)
400m run
KB Swings for remainder
rest 3mins
