Workout:

A. Overhead Squat 3,3,3,3,3

B1. Ring Push Up x 15 (1min rest)
B2. Weighted Walking Lunge 3 x 20/20 (2mins rest)

C1. Chins / Ring Rows x 5 (no rest)
C2. KB Swings x 12 (no rest)

D. DB Ext Rotation 2 x 10/10 @30×1

 

Working strict chin ups

 

Fundamentals Class

Workout:

A. Deadlift 5,5,5 (3mins rest)

B. Push Up (variations) 3 x max (1min rest)

then @ the start of every minute for 6minutes
DB Hang Squat Clean x 5
DB Squat x 5
DB Thruster x 5
