We've got you covered!

Strength Training

From day 1 there has been a strength bias at SDSC. Once you get stronger, everything becomes easier. The emphasis is to improve overall strength through utilizing compound movements such as the squat, bench & deadlift.

Conditioning

Energy systems work – aka intervals. Carefully designed workouts will be formulated to work specific energy systems – whether aerobic or anaerobic, we will make sure that nothing is left to chance and your fitness is measured and improved.

Core Work

Along with getting stronger and fitter, we need to ensure that everything is held together with a strong foundation. Over the years we have observed the best ways to get the core strong that will have the best carry over to daily function and avoid back or overuse injuries.

Movement Work

We are sticklers to detail and throughout the compound lifts and even accessory work we will be paying close attention to how your body moves and if there are any imbalances that need to be worked on. As every body is different, what works for one person may not necessarily work for another, we are aware of this when coaching techniques and tailor movements to suit body types.

Certified Coaches

Not only do out coaches compete in their respective sports, they are also actively upskilling in their knowledge of coaching and training. Mirrored with decades of combined knowledge they will be able to call on experience over various disciplines and help you achieve your goals.

Nutritional Advice

In order to help with recovery and getting the most out of each training session, we will provide an individual diet plan and online support to ensure you get the most out of your training.

Medically Aware Training

Over the years we have helped clients with numerous medical conditions and autoimmune issues. We have experience of helping people at various levels and starting points. We look to work together with the client in order to improve quality of life through safe and effective individualised training sessions.

Central Location

We are located 2 minutes from Harold’s Cross Bridge. There is a bus stop nearby with routes leaving from the city centre and we are a brisk walk from Charlemont Luas Station
