S&C 1 & S&C 2 – Strength and Conditioning classes.
These classes cover a variety of training methods and modalities. Even though all the classes at South Dublin Strength and Conditioning have a strength bias, there will be conditioning portions to the classes as well. These classes are ideal for people looking to improve general fitness, improve sports performance or just to look and feel better!
SDSC 101 – Fundamentals Classes.
The entry point for people looking to get started at South Dublin Strength & Conditioning. The focus here is on technique and working on consistency in the movements and the conditioning sessions are modified to allow anyone to take part – this class is suitable for ALL levels. It is also a chance to learn more about the training protocols and philosophies behind SDSC.
